Properties
| Florfenicol broad-spectrum antibiotic against aerobic and anaerobic gram-negative and positive bacteria.
Florfenicol acts by inhibition of protein synthesis this result from the binding of bacterial ribosomes to prevent ongoing translation of mRNA into protein. |
Indication
| SHAFA – FLOR 10% highly effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
SHAFA – FLOR 10% used for treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory tract infections associated with Pasteurella , E.coli , Haemophilus , Salmonella , Streptococcus , Staphylococcus , and Clostridium that affect poultry and other animals. |
Dosage
| Poultry: 1 ml / 1-2 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days.
(20 mg Florfenicol / 1 Kg of body weight). |

شفا – فلور10% ذو فعالية عالية ضد البكتيريا الموجبة والسالبة لصبغة الغرام .
شفا – فلور10% يستخدم لعلاج الالتهابات التي تصيب الجهاز الهضمي والتنفسي التي تسببها الباستوريلا , الاي – كولاي , الهيموفلس , السالمونيلا , المكورات العنقودية , المكورات السبحية و الكلوستريديا التي تصيب الدواجن والحيوانات الاخرى.
التركيب
كل 1 مل يحتوي على :
فلورفينيكول 100 ملغم
الخواص
شفا – فلور 10% يحتوي على مادة فلورفينيكول و هو مضاد حيوي واسع الطيف فعال ضد البكتيريا الهوائية واللاهوائية السالبة والموجبة لصبغة الغرام , يعمل على تثبيط تصنيع البروتين وذلك عن طريق الارتباط مع رايبوزوم البكتيريا بطريقة تمنع ترجمة mRNA الى البروتين.
الإستعمال
شفا – فلور10% ذو فعالية عالية ضد البكتيريا الموجبة والسالبة لصبغة الغرام .

الجرعات
الدواجن: 1 مل / 1 – 2 لتر من ماء الشرب ولمدة 3-5 ايام ( 20 ملغم فلورفينيكول / 1 كغم من وزن الحيوان).
