COMPOSITION:
Each 1 gm contains:
Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride 500 mg.
PROPERTIES:
Shafa – Oxy 50% contains Oxytetracycline which belongs to tetracycline group which is broad spectrum antibiotics against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria both aerobic and anaerobic, large viruses and mycoplasma.
Its action based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis.
INDICATIONS:
SHAFA- OXY 50% highly effective against mycoplasma, Gram – negative and Gram – positive bacteria .
SHAFA- OXY 50% used for treatment of GIT and urinary tract infections , Air sacculitis , Omphalitis , Infectious sinusitis and infectious synovitis.
SHAFA – OXY 50% used for treatment of CRD , Coryza , E.coli , salmonella , pasturella and clostridia.
DOSAGE:
Poultry:50 gm/200 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Calves & Lambs: 1.5 gm/ 40 Kg of bodyweight for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Don’t use animal product during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment.
PACKING:
500 gm, 1 Kg.
