COMPOSITION:
Each 1 gm contains:
Doxycycline Hyclate 200 mg
Gentamycin Sulphate 200 mg
PROPERTIES:
Gentamycin broad spectrum bactericidal aminoglycoside , also it acts by interfering with the synthesis of bacterial proteins.
Doxycycline belongs to tetracycline group which is broad spectrum antibiotics against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.
It`s act by inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis and it`s completely absorbed from gastro-intestinal tract.
INDICATIONS:
SHAFA – GENTADOX 20% highly effective against mycoplasma , Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
SHAFA – GENTADOX 20% used for treatment of GIT infections caused by E.coli , Salmonella , Pasteurella , Chlamydia , Rickettsia and Necrotic enteritis in poultry , Calves & Lambs.
SHAFA – GENTADOX 20% used also for treatment of Respiratory tract infections as; CRD , Air sacculitis , Infectious synovitis and Infectious sinusitis.
DOSAGE:
Poultry: 50 gm / 200 Liter in drinking water for 3-5 days.
Calves & Lambs: 0.5-1 mg / 10 Kg of body weight daily for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Don’t use animals’ products during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment.
