SHAFA-SULPHATRIM

Water Soluble Powder

COMPOSITION:

Each 1 gm contains:

Sulphadiazine sodium 400 mg

Trimethoprim 80 mg

PROPERTIES:

SHAFA-SULPHATRIM is combination of sulphadiazine and trimethoprim which are active against gram-negative and positive bacteria. Each substance individually is bacteriostatic, but the result of their synergistic combination is bactericidal effect.

INDICATIONS:

SHAFA-SULPHATRIM has a broad-spectrum activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria especially E.coli

Haemophilus , salmonella and pasteurella.

SHAFA-SULPHATRIM used for prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases as; Pasteurellosis , Colibacellosis , infectious coryza and salmonellosis in poultry and other animals.

DOSAGE:

Poultry:40 gm/200 liter of drinking water for 5 days.

Other animals : 1 gm / 15 Kg of body weight for 5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Don’t use animal product during treatment and within 5 days from the last treatment
